Cold-Aware Packaging
SEE YOU GLOW serums are mixed fresh and stored cold until the moment they leave our facility.
Shipments include protective materials to help maintain temperature, but it is completely normal for the package not to feel cold upon arrival.
Peptides remain stable for several days during normal shipping conditions, even if temperatures fluctuate. Once delivered, refrigerating the serum maintains maximum potency and performance. 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text.
You can follow your package in real time until it reaches your door.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is delayed, misdelivered, or lost, contact us, and we will assist in locating or replacing your order.

International Shipping
If international shipping is offered in the future, customers will be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

All Sales Final Once Opened
Because SEE YOU GLOW serums are freshly mixed, cold-crafted, and preservative-free, they cannot be resold or restocked once opened.
For this reason, all opened products are final sale.

Damaged, Compromised, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, leaking, or incorrect in any way, contact us within 30 days, and we will immediately replace the item at no cost to you.

Dissatisfaction or Reaction

Return Shipping
Because products cannot be restocked once opened, returns are not required unless requested by our support team.

Unauthorized Returns
Packages sent back without contacting us first will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
