Every bottle is mixed in small batches and prepared to order so your serum arrives as fresh and potent as possible.

Processing time

Orders are typically mixed and packed within 1 business day.

During launches or promotions, processing may take up to 2–3 business days.

Shipping methods & timing

Standard delivery within the U.S. usually arrives in 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping options, carriers, and exact transit times are shown at checkout based on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Cold packaging & short warmth windows

Serums are chilled before packing and shipped with insulating materials and cold packs whenever possible.

A short period of mild warmth during transit does not damage the peptides.

For best results, bring your package inside promptly and refrigerate your serum upon arrival to preserve maximum potency over time.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to select regions. Available countries and rates are displayed at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some locations due to cold-pack requirements.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

For items that arrive damaged, leaking, or heavily warmed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help make it right.
